As your exclusive buyer’s agent, I provide the following to my buyer clients that trancends the typical services offered by most other buyer’s agents:
- An initial consultation to learn about you and your needs in a home, as well as provide you with important information on the buying process and what to expect.
- Guide you through the entire buying process from start to finish! As an education centric agent, my priority is to provide you with all the information you need along the way so you can make the best decisions for yourself and I also will offer my honest advice to assist you in anyways needed!
- My clients gain access to the exclusive MLS (Multiple Listing Services) Email Listing Search, so that as new properties hit the market they are notified immediately. In today’s fast paced market, it’s vital to stay up to date with listings as they hit the market so you don’t miss out.
- In addition to setting up the search, I also do concierge listing searches for my clients looking for properties that may be a fit, but perhaps are overpriced, etc and send directly to the client bringing opportunities immediately to you rather than you searching for them on your own.
- I will attend showings with you to help guide you through the property, field questions you may have and be your expert pair of eyes.
- Once you have an accepted offer, I will also attend your home inspection with you as well as your final walkthrough and your closing, so you always have representation every step of the way!
- When you’re considering properties, I’ll provide you with helpful market data and my advice on offer price strategy so that you can make informed decisions on your offer price.
- As your trusted representative, I will tactfully negotiate on your behalf throughout the entire transaction in your best interest, always!
- When it comes time for contracts and paperwork, I will take care of preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation, as well as explain all documents to you throughly.
- When purchasing a home, if you are financing a property you’ll need a lender, an attorney to represent you in the purchase and perform closing services, as well as a home inspector if you plan to conduct a home inspection in the process. *If the listing brokerage is offering a commission to the co-broke (buyer’s agent) then working with me is free of charge, which is most often times the case. In the rare event the listing brokerage or seller is not offering a commission to me as the buyer’s agent, I will let you know so we can decide how to proceed.
Also, in 2023 all of my buyer clients will receive a $500 closing credit at the time of closing. This is to help you off set some of the costs of closing and THANK YOU for your business!
